I am available to all of my clients outside normal business hours, which takes the stress out of having to go into a travel agency during work hours to receive a quotation, ask questions, or for any problems that may arise before or during your trip which you need urgent assistance with. I like to give my clients peace of mind while they are overseas that they can call or email my anytime day or night and I will action their enquiry and get back to them as soon as it is possible.
If you would like to discuss your travel plans in person and meet me after hours or on the weekend I am happy to arrange this with you at a time and location that suits you best. I can bring along brochures and my laptop so that I can give you a current and accurate quote on the spot.
When your booking is finalised and your travel documents are ready for your trip, I can either post them to you, or come to meet you so we can go over them together and discuss any last minute questions you may have about your booking or destination you will be traveling to.
